As a small catering company, Bless' Best Catering needed cost-effective ways to print their menus, which were revised regularly. To keep this flexibility and still keep costs to a manageable level, I designed a one-color menu on legal-sized paper that Bless' Best can print from their inkjet printer. Corrections to their menu are sent to me via commented PDFs; I update the production files and send a revised menu for them to use.
